We would always recommend a qualified enginner (i.e.Gas safe engineer).

All faulty items will be replaced or credited in full once they have been inspected by the manufacturer. All other returns will be subject to a manufacturers restocking and handling charge (except printed circuit boards which are none refundable).

All goods are supplied with a V.A.T invoice charged at 20%
